Hulk has and strangely enough he is the only one who isnt getting insta-killed

depends if it's someone like Thor, then yes they would die.

Hulk happily is a great deal more powerful and has on-panel feats of casually shaking that stuff off... so yes, it'd be bfr and nothing more.
