Vulcan, and Quasar give the team a very good chance of winning this.

I don't know...would they be able to absorb the Guardian energy? If they do the team wins unless Prime goes speedblitz-punch-heads-off-right-after-bell-rings.

Vulcan can absorb any energy, including magical energies, as he did so against Adamagus Warlock. Quasar has the ability to shunt energy away from opponents or just lock them down, Rulk of classic days did wonders Creel wouldn't be of much use judging by his showing against Sentry, then again Bob may have been far more powerful than even SBP, just not having the ability to tap into all of his power. Once the main energy absorbers ground him, and bring his power down to a more manageable level the tanks could successfully lock him down. Ross as shitty as he's been portrayed has a long standing history of being a tactician since most Generals of his ranking do. It's very possible that this team could jail SBP.

Energy team win.
