Nitro - self detonation and reforming
Psylocke - martial arts skills, telepathy, precog, Empathy, Telekinesis, Psychic knife

I'd have fun with those powers.

DoS Doomsday- healing factor, super strength, durability, reflexes and speed.
Cannon ball- jet propulsion, super endurance and Unstoppable (impossible to stop)
Midnighter - battle precog and martial arts and weapons ability/knowledge
Gorilla grod- psionic powers

I could have fun with those. Not sure how far I'd get as the super skrull tho

Nightcrawler - Teleporting, swordsmanship
Rogue - Powerstealing/lifedrain, I know she doesn't have the Ms Marvel powers anymore, but those would be great too :P
Man-Thing - Regen, immunity to physical attacks, burning touch against people who are afraid
D'Spayre - Telepathy/Making people afraid, gaining strength from fear
- Cover the inherent weakness to the elements that M-T's body would have

not as strong as some amalgams, but damn that would be a fun power set

so, aside from the stupidity of the amalgam (which I'm totally on your side about), was it just that the mirror "Vulk-Rider" found was a major MacGuffin, or is that just a really low showing for Blackheart?

Logical consequence. No powers can be utilized within his field - the direction of them going either in or out - and he can't control the field besides expanding/contracting. It's always on.
