Pete stomps. It doesn't matter how good of a shot you are when your opponent is several times too fast to be hit with a flying arrow.

Add to that, Pete's webbing (which Ollie won't be able to dodge), and the fact that Pete can one-shot him.

Pete for both. The webbing would phuck G.A right up at a distance, and with his speed, spidey is most likely to hit first..
