Man, the Phoenix is such a jober. The Phoenix has been hurt by Thor (twice) and Jean? Doesn't seem cosmic to me. Maxima on the other hand has more going for her. In a TP battle would be close, IMO. I say split.

Yeah, but I don't think the hammer should do squat. Phoenix is one of my fav cosmics and Marvel hasn't shown the respect at times.
