Destiny of the Endless.

Hmm a featless, fightless being vs a guy that almost destroyed the entire Multiverse. Tough call (not really) but I'm gonna side with COIE AM.

Featless? I don't know about all that. He could simply decree beings from his book be removed like he did to the old Necropolis. Also how one view's The Word, as they seem to be one and the same. Here in this scan we can see Destiny of the Endless and how he views the Monitor and the Anti-Monitor, just another story in his Book of Souls aka the Cosmic Log.

Eh I'd argue the Word and Destiny are distinct seperate beings, as it was stated that before the Word was ever spoken it was written in Destiny's book, so Destiny pre dates the Word...

The Book was written by God/The Presence/the Voice. And a direct link between them was written in Swamp Thing 150. Destiny has taken action (what one could say is vengeance) against a man who was a knight in Wierd Mystery Tales and was a murder but escaped judgment. The tone in Swamp Thing for the Word and Destiny in Wierd Mystery Tales is the same. It seems hardly if ever he takes this sorta action though and he was probably only used in Swamp Thing like this cause they wasn't allowed to use the Spectre.

The way he is written and who he is and represents does not require feats. Destiny is the foundation that God built on for creation. Nothing AM really can do when hes just something in his Book.
