Which characters herald and below have demonstrated:

-best one hit power
-best AoE damage (area of effect)
-the highest DPS (damage per second)

Use on panel quantifiable "feats" only. No metaphysical "feats" pls.

Would that be with fists or weapons?

Any attack they can muster. Think of it as an MMO. They use their BEST attack and we use quantifiable feats as a measure of who can potentially do more damage based on the list above.

-best one hit power: Thor with the Godblast.
-best AoE damage (area of effect): Probably Silver Surfer with an omnidirectional blast, but I'm not too sure about this one.
-the highest DPS (damage per second): Flash.

Mt take:

-thor: godblast
-surfer: black hole
-superman: blitz punches

Thor, during blood and thunder Thor hit BRB with so much force the planet blew up!!!

I'm assuming by quantifiable you mean on panel feats that are clear and to the point?

1) Hulk one shot thunderclap ko of loeb force Rulk. (After the aforementioned Rulk absorbed his power)

2) AOE- A Nova Prime full body gravimetric pulse.

3)I'll invoke the abfr (anyone but Flash rule) and pick Bewilder with her hyper metabolic burst. In one scene she's seen talking with Thinkwell while he's checking a planet for signs of life from lost teammates. In that brief conversation, she ran through the portal, searched the entire planet and came back. It never even looked like she left because there was no break in the conversation. In other words, she was so fast that she ran through a portal to another dimenson, searched a planet that had a population of 1.7 billion and didn't miss a word of the conversation lol. She's been shown regularly blitzing enemies with an attack she calls direct focus sonic booms and slicing things up with hyper fast vibrations of her hands.
