Tony's team more brains/power and less Wolverine.

Team 1.

Hal's too powerful and versatile for team 2 (at least in his solo comic).

Team two wins wolverine kills bat iron kills cyborg & daredevil dies but green latern ring runs out of power and he dies.

In the 2 seconds it takes to KO Daredevil or shake Wolverine so hard he KO's you think it would really run out of power?

nyet.

Ironman takes out Cyborg, Wolverine takes out Batman, Daredevil will get dropped. That leaves Ironman & Logan vs Hal. Team 2 takes it but it won't be easy.

Hal wins.

team 1. Cyborg or hal can solo. Cyborg just dumps them into darkseid's turf.
