Strange knows magic but has no powers, like scarlet witch or Wiccan who gain them from there mutant genes

Bp is infused with the power and knowledge of all BP before him

Golgo13
Ray Palmer. Rip Hunter.

Not sure if thats a good argument and Spiderman doesn't know anything about magic. I mean for starters why is he calling it technology? Is telepathy or telekinesis technology or an ability?

The best argument is it's not a power because all human being can learn it.

^Magic can give you TP and TK

Ironman, Pym, Doom, and T'challa have used magic either in creating or powering some of there greatest inventions

Galan007
Magic IS a power. Why in the hell that's being debated is beyond me...

Magic is considered to be something superhuman when in actual fact it isn't. Y'know Batman doesn't have any powers......

Amadeus Cho & (The Goddamned) Batman.

pym-ftw
How can batman beat ironman?

Cho's intellect is part of his mutant powers, not to mention the whole prince of power thing

Yeah, I can kinda see how magic can't be considered powers - any more so than tech can be considered powers.

Unless of course, you have a natural affinity to it, like the Homo Magi or somesuch.

The obvious answer is Reed Richards

BP has no powers any human in marvel and dc can learn magic it just depends to what extent. Do the proper rituals, invoke the proper gods/deities/entities and shazam you has magical powers.

Also for people w/out powers. Can they be people who have powers but are unable to use them for the purposes of this fight? Also are we counting natural traits of a race.... if racial abilities are discounted then pretty much any alien gets discounted otherwise I could say Superman as for him they aren't so much powers as much as natural abilities of his people or Braniac's intelligence.

Amadeus Cho
Bruce Banner
Nathanial Richards
Rip Hunter
Dr. Doom
Hank Pym
Lex Luthor
Will Magnus

off the top of my head.

DarkSaint85
Yeah, I think he essentially means tech people, prep-masters, MAs (with no chi-amping?), that kinda thing. Aliens would be discounted, I think - unless he's gone the simple way, and just sees powers as increased strength/speed/energy projection...

Otherwise, GL is a guy with a powerful piece of tech.

Would cyborg superman count? Technically he's a human imbued with kryptonian tech isn't he

Nah, his essence was infused into Kryptonian tech - he's a human consciousness in a Kryptonian body.

I also nominate Karate Kid.

rotiart
Batman.

Reed doesn't need any of his power to beat the shit out of Tony. Heck, he made a way better battle suit that Tony, all by himself (Anti-Galactus Suit)

DarkSaint85
Isn't part of the reason why he's so clever is due to his stretchiness?

I know he was smart before the accident, but I thought afterwards he became a supergod thanks to it.

I might be getting mixed up with the Ultimate Reed though.

Ultimate Reed became more intelligent with his power.
616 Reed is just a living super brain. His power is just like a minor plus.

Doesn't matter: when Tony will take a look at that thing, he'll shit himself to death.

Tony would just hack it.

You don't neccesarily need to do rituals or invoke dieties to have magical powers. Part of magic is developing psionic abilities, this is true in Marvel and DC. This makes the mutant human thing even more nonsensical.
