Fight takes place over the roofs of Gotham, but can progress elsewhere. Morals (or lack thereof for Jean-Paul as Batman and Jason) are on.

Who wins?

Team.

Honestly, I think Az can take it. In his tenure as Batman, his armor was virtually impervious to gunfire (he was no selling concentrated fire from half a high powered rifles firing all at once) as well as being fireproof and resistant to electricity. That nullifies most of their gadgets.

Physically, he beat Dick (pause) within an inch of his life with moderate effort, and while lacking in finesse and agility, he was at least as strong and fast as Bruce was (he somehow out swam Dick underwater in spite of the heaviness of his armor).

I think the team could beat him, but they'd have to be extremely crafty and work together to scrape a win.
