If we go by what they've done, Surfer blew of Rune's hand with the IG...

Logically, Hyperstorm, Genis, and Atom should be at the top, but you know how that works.

Thorion, and Thanos are in my top 3.

Astro Force's most powerful is definitely up there with Godblast. Probably even higher than the Krona blast.
