Anything goes. Starscream will exploit Iron Man's need to protect civilians.

Starscream was was capable of being slowed down and hindered by soldiers holding onto a chain. Iron Man can probably uppercut him his head off.

If Tony was without the armor? 2.5 secs.

Tony stomps hard here.. then Starstream cowars out

Starscream would completely win. Brucie is a known vigilante with tons of training in Computer hacking, Karate, etc.

Avengers movie Iron Man is enough. Comic Extremis is overkill.
