Video game character Asura (Asura's Wrath) vs current Superman (comic) who just took a dip in the Sun.

Fight takes place on Apokolips.

Asura can go into super rage mode.

Normal superman would beat asura. This superman moved a planet while its lightspeed thrusters were opposing him by the energies of a BIG BANG. That was a sundip of a few minutes.

Asura ain't beating Superman. Let alone a sundipped Supes.

Depends on what form if Asura. By the end of the DLC Asura is a casual star buster.

The current or newest version is usually the default in threads.

Supes destroys Asura. Supes would wreck almost every VG character ever. mmm

Yeah its PC, but Pre New 52 has ridiculous shit as well. Like pulling the mageddon wheel/cogs/whateva, holding black holes, escaping double black holes etc.

Or lifting that book in Final Crisis...

Just FYI, Asura defeated a being 7 times larger than the planet and also "God" in his universe. I don't know if that is relevant to Superman, but...............

He could stand up to normal, but not sundipped.

Asura's size and strength are his greatest assets against Superman, but Superman holds speed and durability decisively, as well as power output and versatility.

And that is just normal Superman.

You mentioned that Asura could take Savage Hulk, though.

Savage Hulk is stronger than normal Supes, no?

Although Supes rarely if ever uses his speed to win fights.

Plus this is current Supes. Does he even have that many speed feats?
