Despero easily. He took over the entire JLA, the same JLA that has resistant fts. Helspont is a cool character but he doesn't have Despero fts.

IMO DCnU Helspont is portrayed as significantly more powerful than DCnU Superman, while Despero is merely more powerful than pre-DCnU Superman.

As a whole, the DCnU lacks feats, but by power difference compared to Superman, Helspont is greater.
