Rules
1. Chosen must be below or equal to 5 ton range in strength.
2. People can choose the same existing character ex: batman with 3 upgrades vs. batman with 3 different upgrades than the ones above
3. Vehicles or Miscalleneous item upgrades in list means hero will become proficient with it.

-Batman Combo Set (batarangs, utility belt, grappling hook gun + batmobile)
-Goblin Combo Set (Goblin Glider, pumpkin bombs, laser gloves, flaming sowrd)
-Hawkman Combo Set (nth metal wings & harness, katar, shield, mace)
-Punisher Combo (M16A3 fitted with an M203, Gerber Mk2 knife, A M82A1 SASR sniper rifle and about 4 hand grenades)


-Kendo/Swordsmanship Training (Movie Deadpool level)

Street level usually means no powers, right? But here we can go up to 5 tons, what about other powers?

For all intents and purpose of this thread. 5 ton will be the cap (not including the upgrades). Only people with powers that can't be exploited to work offensively or have powers that is possible to overcome by other streetlevel are allowed.

So no Cyclops, Havok, Multiple man, Wolverine, etc.

Strength cap is reserved for ambiguous strength levels (killer croc, bane getting pumped by venom, cap, classic kingpin etc all fluctuating).

Canary's considered street, and she has powers. (Edited: Guess by the Op's standards, she's out though.)

It's more of a general operating capacity indicator.

I'm guessing the 5 ton thing is to accommodate Captain America, who no one can agree for strength level.
