The 2002 series HE MAN villains, the most powerful three of the council, Skeletor, Marzo and Evil Lyn are all very powerful sorcerers, they got the ram stone now. They also got other villains like Evilseed and the Webstor in the council. King Hiss is also a very powerful magician and he brought his artifacts which could turn other beings into Snakemen, along with that giant serpent. They worked together and plan to invade the Comic Avengers/X men's world.
