With prep, he gets mauled. He's a beast with prep/outside resources, but he isn't bringing anything to the table that bests the combined efforts of Doom and Loki, much less with Apoc/Ultron/Essex backing them up.

With no prep, Thanos massacres.

With prep, Thanos is good but can't compete with the people here.
