Why do you think that? He is undoubtably insane, but Mitsurugi has cut down almost every Soul Edge holder as well. And he beat Algol multiple times.

Hiko has move that can amp his speed, an edge there, and can take the full strength of this giant.

Yeah, I remember the fight, but is it enough to say that he'd cut down someone that could most likely cut down the same person he did?
