Punisher could beat three DCnU Batmen at the same time. Bruce doesn't have the high end feats to compete, and to make things worse, he has a slew of low end feats, since he spent to first six months of the DCnU getting beat up by everyone he threw down with.

This is a spite thread. Frank demolishes DCnU Batman in both scenarios.

DCnU Bruce didn't keep aspects of his pre-reboot continuity like Hal/etc. did?

Some of it... but no one knows what was kept and what was discarded. For sure nothing with Tim as Robin or Stephanie / Cass as Batgirl happened, everything else is Schrodinger's Cat. Unless it's be explicitly stated as happening (like Son of the Demon), best bet is to pretend it didn't happen until we are told otherwise.

Batman's continuity is so f@cked right now.

They should have done a real hard reboot, instead of this weird quasi reboot where no one knows what is or what isn't canon. Most characters are fine... but the Batman and Green Lantern franchise is f'd up continuity wise.

All that silver age stuff was taken care of in the original reboot in the 80s... except... except Morrison kept trying to bring that trash back.

This is basically Ultimate Batman. Same with 90% of the DCU.
