Palmer is a better option and prep war for Pym, IMO. Bruce wouldn't crack top 10 in science achievements compared to a lot of the other DC's super geniuses. Ray Palmer would.

I would go for Team Wayne, actually.

Team Pym definitely has the edge in tech and resources. But what Team Wayne has, is the ability to prep for his opponents psychologically, with dirty backhanded tactics.

Pym would show up with an army of Ultrons, all armed to the teeth with Galactus busting weaponry or whatever...and it would turn out that Batman managed to second guess his password or something stupid like that. Yes, this sounds a bit far fetched, but that's the way the two masters would prep. Pym would study how to make bigger and better robotic gun dinosaurs, and Batman would study his opponent.
