By default this fight should take place in a neutral universe though, so who knows. We've never seen a reality/matter manipulator fight Nekron.

^^You do realize that vacuum is basically the empty space between atoms and planets ? I don't see Jaspers being powerless in a simple vacuum .

The void which Fury took Jaspers to on the other hand was UnSpace , an interdimensional void , where its own universe once existed . It was basically a place where LITERALLY nothing existed(no space/time , no matter/energy , no reality at all) for MJJ to manipulate .

Jaspers can use anything imaginable as a form of defense/attack so long as they're withIN Reality.

He won't be able to take Jaspers to "un-space"
as Fury did because Fury was immune to Jaspers' Warp.
(in the Jaspers Warp saga nothing else was)

That aside, Jaspers getting defeated in "un-space" was PIS
as Illadelph and some of us concluded.

Because MJJ was reality himself,
so he could've at-least continued defending himself via manipulating his own person.

Our final thought was that the story had to end,
but how do you defeat "God?"

... in comics, it's simple ... PIS all over em.

Depending on whether Nekron truly is DC's equivalent of Oblivion , I can see him taking this fight . Otherwise , its a close battle imo , with MJJ eventually coming out on top .

Wrong, even in space there's still a few hydrogen atoms, in the "vacuum" of space. The writer made it clear, Nekron is the EMPTY SPACE BETWEEN PLANETS AND ATOMS". See the part I underlined? It don't get much clearer than that.

He is and more. He's also a Death Abstract. He's a combo Death/Oblivion Abstract that rules 1/3 of the afterlife (ALL souls have to pass through his purgatory/limbo realm before going on to their final destination in the Silver City or Hell).

Genius there is NO perfect vaccum, not even in outer space (there are STILL hydrogen atoms there), but Nekron is the literal VOID between them. So MJJ wouldn't be able to do anything to him!

"Genius" , that is exactly what I am saying . The empty space(between atoms and celestial bodies like planets) in which no matter exists IS vacuum .

How exactly do you manage to equate that to a post-nullification void(where literally nothing exists) is beyond me .

There are things called 'virtual particles' that pervade all of space
and you can see their effect in things like magnetism.

Reality 238 was re-arranged from having space/time/matter,
to having the absolute opposite.

That is a true vacuum. (literally nothing)

When they do that, they're susceptible to an attack.

That's when MJJ can perform, otherwise,
MJJ can't do anything to an object that embodies absolute nothingness,
just like said object would be just as harmless to MJJ,
since it's well ... nothing.

As for Oblivion, this is why he needs his own Realm of absolute "nothingness."

Because anywhere/everywhere withIN Infinity there is something. (likewise at scales so small where it would appear to be nothing)

If I'm not mistaken,
Oblivion resides at the void-like edge of Infinity where "Space" is ever expanding into.

I know many words to describe people like you , but I am not going to use any of them because that would come under member bashing .

Anyways , do YOU read the stuff I post ? The definition very clearly states that vacuum is space with NO MATTER in it . Outer space can't be called vacuum because it does contain matter(in the form of planets, stars , galaxies etc.) . It is either vacuum or not vacuum . Your definition of Nekron makes him a vacuum ala empty space between atoms and planets .
