Sinister Six, in a stomp.

Sandman alone should overwhelm them both, but for argument's sake, I'll say Sandman and Rhino have the edge on Creel and Blonsky. Add in Dr. Octopus and Electo, and I don't see how the Sinister Six could lose this.

Chameleon and Mysterio do sweet fahk all to Creel and the Abomination, but they could turn the Shield agents to focus their efforts on them.
