Punsiher with m60 and maybe some explosives and a chain saw? Id. I still think there is a chance Pun can do it but he would have to be heavily armed.

Well lizard punching and chomping on wolverine will not yeild the same effect or a bullet to his skull. Also in wolverine's own movie he was shot to shit and stood up well.
