Gotta agree with Prep-Man. Heihachi will beat Ted so badly it would be sad to watch.

At least Ted has 9 lives at any given time so he'll be able to come back to life just in time for Heihachi to kill him again.

The mishima's could hardly be classified as human at this point.

Heihachi stomps. All Mishimas are way way above normal humans.

And Heihachi is the weakest of the 4, but closer to iron fist level than Ted's level

And there is a thread in another forum where fans said Batman could beat Hehachi!

Just to add, heihachi is no slouch in the speed dept. He caught a bullet with his teeth on T6.

Games typically aren't canon however. You'd have to use the Manga. Which may be more or less ridiculous.
