Kratos from God of wars games Vs Wally West known as the Flash from DC comic book.

There another reason why I made this thread is because there been confusing and Controversy regarding to Kratos reaction toward speed. I was in debate with people and yes including kratos fanboy. In some point in debate I had somebody clam that kratos is FTL fighter.

Here what the guy clamming that Head of Helios is like using the flashlight then that means it can go at 299,792,458 meters per second. Since Hermes was not blinded by Head of Helios. Then Hermes is going at massively FTL.
This means Kratos can react to people going FTL speed.


There more He also clam If Hercules was able to react to a beam of light from Head of Helios, then that means Hercules has light speed reactions. Yet, Kratos dash up to Hercules with the boots of Hermes and Hercules wouldn't be able to react to that which means with the boots of Hermes, Kratos is FTL.


So what ya think? Do you really ya believe kratos can react to FTL being? Was Hermes really going massively FTL? Then what is the chance of Kratos beat the Flash? Can he react to flash FTL Speed?

Kratos can also slow time with his amulet, IIRC.

EmptyHearted is good at making spite verses.

Kratos isn't FTL.

That person you're referencing lacks sense.

Not being blinded by a flashlight = Massively FTL? Anyone, by that I mean humans, can avoid being blinded by simply looking away as the light is 'turned on'. We'd have to see a character dodge the actual in-travel beams of light to even consider light speed.


Hermes is at the very best hitting supersonic.

1/5th of Flash's higher levels of speed is still ridiculous. Once he sees Kratos can react to him at his lower ones, he stops bullsh*tting and turns on the nitro.

And doesn't the amulet only work in certain areas? With the statue things?

I think I would need to see the feat in question for Hermes to judge it better. Nothing from the game made me believe that Hermes moved faster than hyper sonic.

Still even if he is going slightly faster than light, that is still slow compared to the Flash.

So I would say that even if for some god awful reason your friends logic is true Flash would still win by still being insanely faster.

According to Nemebro the gods are all much more impressive in the GoW expanded material, including in speed.

But not Flash fast.

But not Flash fast. Yeah but it states Kratos from the games so I would think that stuff wouldn't be applicable.

Flash is far too fast. Attosecond reaction time fast. That said, without bfr I cant imagine him dishing out what it takes to beat kratos.

Infinite mass punch? Taking away his speed? Lightspeed kick to the nads?

He's used the Infinite Mass punch, like, twice in the history of his comics. Needless to say I don't see him using it much with CIS turned on. Taking his speed away wouldn't somehow make him less durable.

Getting punched at lightspeed would do hurt him. I'm pretty sure Flash's punches hurt like a motha.

True, but it makes him unable to do anything.

Zeus is the "fastest" God of War character in terms of movement speed by virtue of being able to travel as a bolt of lightning. Gods and characters of that level tend to be massively hypersonic in reaction time, up to mid-level quadruple digits based on the quantified speed of Zeus's lightning bolt.

Flash is simply way, way too fast, and hits hard enough to kill Kratos in the first hit.
