Both are equal Hand to Hand and have equally armored costumes. Slaymaster's costume enhances his strength and flexibility and he uses specialied projectiles and a jetpack. Meanwhile Bullseye's durability, strength, and flexibility are boosted by an almost fully adamantium bonded skeleton with artificial implants provided by Norman Osborn to heal certain cervical and cerebral injuries. He's also got unparalleled aim and weapons skills and is probably among the top five wealthiest characters in Marvel.
Both are currently dead, both wore similar costumes (at least in the beginning). Any thoughts on who would win?

Note: Based on actual evidence in the books and not on various profiles, I maintain that with the exception of various bones in his legs and possibly certain ribs, Bullseye's skeleton is completely bonded with adamantium.
