Pure strength contest, probably Jason.

Brock was strong enough to rip Bionic Mans arm off.

Jason can send people flying through the air and over cabins. IMO, Jason's probably the stronger overall, can't say how much though.

If this were a fight though, Brock would massacre Jason.
