2. IM at peak with power gem(proficient ) vs regular sentry
3. IM at peak with power gem and soul gem (proficient user of both) vs Sentry/Void at peak.

Who wins in each of the above how and why?

Back in the Extremis days. Sentry tracked Tony down to an apartment block.
Tony still in human form summons the armor plates onto his body in less than a second and zips past Sentry.
Sentry is amazed by how fast IM is now and flies after him.
Already down many blocks Tony craps his pants as Sentry smashes him into the road.
Tony hacks Sentry's CLOC making Sentry believe there are an immense amount of disasters happening worldwide and Sentry has a mental episode.
Tony escapes with another win under his belt.

3. Void Sentry would morph him into a piece of scrap metal with two shiny gems lodged in it.

What's tony most powerful suit? Is it the one he used in WWH.?

I guess we have different criteria for a win, that sounded like tony was stomped and resorted to a cheap trick to escape

That's like losing a bar fight, and when your down crying out you were looking for the guy, because his mom is in the hospital..

Maybe the Phoenix buster?

Using the phoenix buster would net tony approximately -100/10 win. It caused an almost near victory for the avengers into its worst self caused "my bad" moment. Not to mention it cant actually move its limbs let alone fight.

What are you talking about. Tony's best fights were all based upon hacking his armor to do something creative against his opponents.
It used to be his thing.

The phoenix buster wouldn't beat sentry
The problem with the buster armors are, they are specifically designed to fight certain people. Since the PBuster is made to take out phoenix entinties it would be the same as sentry fighting a regular iron man. That's why he doesn't keep his 'buster' armors, even though his Thor buster armor put a hurting on king Thor he doesn't use it anymore. Because he isn't fighting Thor recently
