Jason Bourne (The Ludlum edition), reactived as a Treadstone agent (a la Manchurian Candidate) is in Budapest to assassinate a foreign diplomat at a high-profile banquet. So high-profile, he does not have anything with him except his tuxedo and regular stuff like ID, wallet, etc for security reasons.
Bruce Wayne (The Chris Nolan Edition) is aware of this mission and is there to stop Jason by any means morally necessary. He too, cannot bring any of his Bat-Gear because of security issues.
Also, Bourne has intel that states whoever attempts to stop his mission remotely, is the Batman - which would mean, if Bruce Wayne tries to place an anonymous call or the like, Bourne - via CIA tech, knows the Batman's true identity.
Bourne is ready to kill for his mission, Wayne is not. Can Bruce Wayne stop Bourne from completing his mission? Can Bourne take down the Batman?

Huge Mansion of our imagination where the house quintet is rocking some Mozart downstairs, and the and the bigwigs (and medium-sized wigs) are drinking and trying to decide who has the taller ivory tower. Bourne comes in through staff entrance in the back, Wayne comes in through the main entrance. they are both aware of each others presence in the mansion, but do not have visual on each other at the start of the scenario.
Weapons:
None. No gadgets, no Batpockets or ninja-gas, nothing. Just the things a banquet could feasibly provide.
