Evil - Darkseid by a mile
Cool n Hip- Used to be Thanos by a mile for me but lately he's been slipping. Though Darkseid lost his cool a long time ago.

It really depend on personal opinion i reckon.

For me, Darkseid lost all his cool factor when he got turned into a superman foe. He should be a JLA foe at the very least (not having mano y mano fight with one jla'er). DCnU tried to bring that back but seems to fail miserably.
