It's nearing Halloween and recently thanks to social media this movie has been popping up a lot lately all over the internet.

I loved this movie when I was a kid.

I was too little to watch this movie when I did - the night I watched it I had terrible, terrible nightmares and had to sleep with the closet light on.

But I got over that as soon as I was just a little older. Now it's a Halloween classic.
Every time Bette Midler starts singing "I Put a Spell on You" I remember how much I love it.

And it's classic early nineties Disney - boy gets picked on, newly moved to town... boy meets incredibly gorgeous girl, boy does foolish thing to impress incredibly gorgeous girl. Boy comes together with incredibly gorgeous girl to conquer what was unleashed.

In fact, that's basically the plot to Aladdin.

I see love it!Every year I watch it when it gets closer to Halloween and I love it more then when I saw it the last time if that is possible!This year it is on Saturday at eight on ABC family channel! "Its just a little Hocus Pocus!" Bette "Bless you!"Little girl dress as a Angel (who they scream at and ran away scared!)

I never realised this film had such a huge impact on Gen Y.
