Is nate grey current or shaman? I think that is the deciding factor.

Yeah if it's Shaman Nate Grey, I can see the fight snowballing - once he beats any one of Team 1, he hops in and helps out the others, freeing them up, and so on and so forth.

That's a pic of Warren's X-Man, right, so it is Shaman X-Man. If it wasn't, he would get his ass handed to him by Tangent Superman, who is equal to Shaman X-Man, IMO. Those 2 would cancel each other out, IMO. Both are from alternate realities as well.

Yeah he has been considered equal to Franklin Richards. That's a really powerful ant.

Disagree there. Tangent Supes, Saturn Girl (Who has universal level TP), Comet, and Manhunter makes this a close fight, IMO.

Oh, and don't sleep on Despero who walked the dog on MM.

And Aquaman at the same time.
