Manga is decent. 6 out of 10.
Some moments are AMAZING. Like, really really good writing. Other times, it is very meh and a bit lame.
The manga is almost worth it for the amazing moments but I do not think all of you will like this.
However, there are some really good moments like this:

Reminds me of a bit of Gungrave mixed with Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru.
