Team 1 (and not just because they're cooler). Skaar is overrated.

Skaar and Magneto win.

Coldcast is pretty powerful. He can pull the same move on Skaar that he did on Superman, and his raw power is at or maybe even above Magneto's I believe. But I could be wrong.
