I could go into detail, but suffice to say he's strong enough to punch Tanks and blow them up, or throw them city lengths, as well as run around with them on his back at 60mph with no loss of speed and jump as well. He's pretty much a smaller, more agile Hulk.

When did Mercer throw tanks city length? No, I think you mean he threw armored personnel carriers. An Abrams is a different story and Hulk threw one with little difficulty.
