Teams
Avengers: Spiderman, Ronin (Clint Barton), Echo, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Wolverine.
Outsiders: Batman, Katana, Rose, Metamorpho, Captain Boomerang II, Catwoman (Selina Kyle).

For the purpose of balance and ease of discussion, the Martian Manhunter and Doctor Strange have been taken out of the equation.

Setting: Grand Circus Park, Detroit, Michigan. It only starts there and can move out from there.
Battle Conditions: Each team sets up 20 meters apart. All are in-character with their current characters.
Victory Conditions: KO or incapacitation.

I don't see the Avengers putting down Metamorpho, tbh.
