i dont see a competition here on home turf the mighty odin does not fall in asgard winner of about 7-8/10

Depends on what you mean by MM at his best. That fight with Post Retcon Beyonder MADE NO SENSE but it was epic. If you count that fight as valid, then that version of Post Retcon MM would probably murder Odin and the entire Council of Godheads.

Post retcon MM at his best was approaching his pre-retcon levels.

He was having a mental breakdown at the time, which wasn't exactly great for his abilities. That being said he still treated the Dark Avengers like useless feebs.

At his best Owen wins this fairly easily.

It was a pun on Superman's origin. The planet "Cryptun"'s core was compromised destroying the planet and only one being made it out alive.

Yeah, there's definitely a pun to be had in that scene... But Beyonder/MM still were not responsible for creating anyone in DC (didn't know if you were being serious or not.)
