Panther also recently got an upgrade, Panther God(dess) granted T'Challa the accumulated experiences and skills of ALL the dead Black Panthers before him. That means T'Challa now has at the very least a millenia's worth of experience.

No idea about the new upgraded BP but if classic with equipment.. good fight.. Spider-man is still faster and stronger. And yeah, ive seen the scan, posted it myself in BP's respect thread several years ago. Pete was trying to reason with him the whole time, not fight. Nothing wrong with him getting tagged.

Like he said, it was a misunderstanding. I dont understand how you can come to that conclusion based on a single scan where one character is only trying to calm his opponent. That's like saying Rhino > Silver Surfer because of the beting SS has taken from him.

EDIT: Also that's a flashback story that took place not long after Spider-man started going out with Black Cat which was years ago.
