Who takes this?

As powerful as Dormammu is, I don't think he'd beat Nekron.

Nekron is a Death/Oblivion abstract on a universal scale and Nekron's only weakness isn't something Dormammu could exploit.

To make things worse, Dormammu had died before and that's just ASKING for trouble vs Nekron (**cough** Blackest Night **cough**).
