How would he be stronger?

at least from the reading ive done franklin is seen as among the gods he makes galactus a pet

and dharma's seeing in the future wouldnt help him nearly at all franklin is just going to change it so his most valuable weapon is moot

Darkseid was going to turn him into a ham sandwhich but it didnt work. Dharma smiled and turned darky into a tuna suband ate him. Yum.

and id say franklin solos darseid and dharma 2 on 1
