Batman gets Ironman suit but with this suit, he gets EVERY ability IM has shown on panel from ANY suit I'M has used (no outside amps though...like the OF, ETC). He gets rest per each battle...

He gets basic knowledge of each character.

Any suit you say? Does that include suits from What Ifs as well, or only 616-suits?

does he get any of his own tech? kryptonite would be useful... although an IM suit should be able to do red sun radiation easily enough.

Wayne built his own powered exoskeletons, giving him Stark's suit with all powers is a pretty cheap win.
