Yeah, neither can really hurt each other unless Sinister uses TK to damage Ultron's inside mechanisms...

Hmmm, this is really close guys, but I'm going to have to say Sinister 10/10.

If Sinister has a mind, Ultrons Encephalo Beam will hurt him just fine, the same cant be said for anything Sinister can do to pure Adamantium, Id say.

Can that beam go through forcefields?
