if you're referring to cable vs surfer fight, this has been debunked

Wasn't that because he was linked into the Nexus of all Realities rather than his full potential?

If so that'd be more amped by an outside source rather than full potential.

He amped himself off of a star as well but I don't know if that would be enough to beat Surfer.
