Wolverine can't cut through that armor, but can blunt force still travel through it and cause bruises to Batman? If so, I guess I would give it to Wolverine since he has the range advantage with those claws, as well as, his unbreakable bones.

Batman doesnt need no upgrades. Wolverine does. And he still loses.

Carbonadium bonding process would really take its toll on Logan...

DCnU Batman would probably get his head ripped off by Gargan Venom or Classic Rhino.

Logan wouldn't be able to slash or dissembowel Batman with the armor, but Bats isn't covered head to toe and the weavem of the armor may still be vulnerable to a piercing attack. It would be an interesting fight.
