Both from classic PS1 RPGs...but who is the better fighter?

I'd go with Cloud, assuming Advent Children is allowed. If not, the fight should be harder to decide, as neither Cloud or Dart are that special in their respective games. Dart's Dragoon Spirit would pose a threat, but it's not like Cloud has never fought a flying enemy before. So, dunno.

Since Dart has only been in one game so far, it's only fair to use one game for Cloud too (FFVII).

Aye from what CC told me.. I think.. Dart'a stronger forms would crush AC Cloud.
