Thor did pretty good against Darkseid in that story. I think you should add Hulk and Superman.

Hulk is too much of a liability to the team; Thanos can mind control him easily.

As for the fight, I give it to team.

I liked how in that DC/Marvel crossover, Thanos was getting worked by Wondy and Captain Marvel, while Darkseid was beasting on Surfer and Thor at the same time. lol.
