Yeah, I'd say Freddy's dream powers > toon powers, in dreamland of course.

Depends on the toon, he's likely a good bit more powerful than the Judge as I don't recall him performing any real feats.

A toonforcer like Bugs on the other hand >>>>> Freddy.
