Just wondering which is the largest shown so far.

Not counting the sole continent (the Red Line), probably Alabasta. It had multiple spread-out cities, a river, enough land area for most of it to be desert, and so on.


Dawn Island is also pretty big, having the Goa Kingdom, some mountains, some jungle, and Luffy's home town of Foosha.
