I would say, Babidi mind-controls him.

Failing that, stalemate to eventual win for Freiza. Babidi has effectively no offense if someone doesn't fall for his mind control, but does have a powerful defensive shield.

Blowing up the planet would likely work for Freiza too.

Well aside form the mind control didn't his shield withstand an attack from buu himself. The power behind that attack despite being small should be stronger than anything frieza did. And do you think babidi can teleport friza into the sun?

Buu took him down effortlessly. Piccolo was able to pierce the shield, though it took some effort. The question is more how long can he keep that up.

And probably no on the 'port thing, he never did that to any of his foes.

If Piccolo had to exert himself, even slightly, to breach Babidi's shield, Frieza isn't doing anything to it. By the time of the Buu Saga, Frieza's power would have been insignificant next to Piccolo's.

Sans shielding, Frieza wins.

Babidi controls Freeza's mind right off the bat, lol.

Apparently Babidi has a kili rating of over 4000! vin
