Wow... I'd love to see this fight, first off. As tough of a decision as it is, (I'd almost call it a toss-up since both are pretty damn cool), I'd have to give atleast majority to Parasite based on his being able to go toe-to-toe with the likes of Supes. Not to trash spidey and his awesomeness, but superman definately outclasses him.
